*PLEASE NOTE: Our order processing time is 24 hours which means we can only cancel your order within that time frame. If you want to cancel you order that you placed more than 24 hours ago, you will need to ship the item back to us for a refund.

Please note we can’t issue a refund if an order has been shipped, In that case the order will have to be shipped back to us first.
